RESOLUTION CONCERNING SUMMER POWERS

BE IT RESOLVED      that the Executive Committee be empowered to represent the University Senate in all matters within its jurisdiction from today until the first meeting of the full Senate in September 2009, and that the Executive Committee act, insofar as possible, on the basis of policies already established by the Senate, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED      that at the Senate’s first meeting next fall, the Executive Committee report fully to the Senate on any actions taken under summer powers.
