to USE gender-inclusive Language throughout the
By-laws, Statutes, and Rules of the Columbia University Senate
WHEREAS the By-laws, Statutes, and Rules of the Columbia University Senate currently include instances of gender-exclusive language, and
WHEREAS the By-laws, Statutes, and Rules of the Columbia University Senate ought to represent the diverse composition of the University,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the University Senate amend its By-laws, Statutes, and Rules to include gender-inclusive language throughout.
